A five day workshop incorporating…

Outline of Training
Day 1: A day of personal experience on the challenge course that will actively engage you in the team-building process.
Day 2: A day covering the theoretical perspectives, foundations and philosophy of Experiential Learning. Participants will be challenged to reflect on their experiences from the previous day as these concepts are presented.
Days 3-5: Three days in which participants will engage in developing their personal leadership and facilitation skills. Topics will include:
Sequencing the experiential program
Briefing and implementing the group experience
Processing the experience

Dave Vermilye and Mark Douglass will provide this training. These top-notch facilitators have over three decades of experiential facilitation between them and have conducted challenge course facilitator trainings for over ten years
